Felt extremely tired today. Supposed to go to bed at 10pm but just after half an hour, i was waken up by that bloody cat.

Story of that bloody cat:
Just not so long ago, this male cat jumped over to my neighbor's house. He is a coward cat. And also a dumb one. All the other cats have made it through, they jumped in and out of every other houses in the neighborhood, but not this one. All night long, all day long, he's been crying for help. No allies, sorry mate. For the past few nights, he has been meowing and meowing and I thought, "if I had a gun, I definitely will put one bullet into its testicles for being a coward cat."

Talked to a friend for almost an hour during dinner. About upcoming life in universities and other stuff. He reminded me that only 5 more weeks and we're done. Withdraw from INTI college. I will miss my friends for sure. Have I been a good friend to them? I don't know. But everytime I'll just try to be good, even though at times I tease them with how fat they are, this and that, but of course I never mean it, it's just something that we could all laugh at.

I don't know. Should I be thinking alot? I do not have time for it. I just go for classes, do my homework, put 100% effort in film club, workout, play more games, watch more tv series, and cherish every moment with family and her. Not much time left. Do all you can, enjoy yourself within this 3 years and after that, it'll be just 8-10 hours of work, dinner, a little time of tv and sleep. That's all.

Things to be done

  • Go for the 2nd injection of Hepatitis A.
  • Go for an injection of "anti-chicken pox". Yes, my childhood was so special that chicken pox never got into my body system somehow.
  • Get the medical letter from doctor to state that I am immune to MMR and Hep B.
  • Waiting for OU Housing contract to be offered.
  • Get my US Visa done latest by mid October.
Been contacting each department regarding different issues for the past few weeks. I think I am satisfied with what OU has provided me so far. Everything was great. And after that, I am ready to go to OU. I've checked everything. Housing, transportation, dining, sports, and basically everything that I need to know for being an international student there. Decided to get the unit which consists of 2 private bedroom + 2 bathroom. The rate is still ok. 20 bucks more expensive than Iowa State but they got only 1 bathroom?

"Game day at Oklahoma is about more than the 82,000-plus fans witnessing one of the most historic and vibrant programs in college football at one of the game's truly great cathedrals. It is about pride for a great university. It is about pride for an entire state. Game day here represents football and a whole lot more."

I do not know why am I so into OU. I mean, from what I 've heard, they said that you will have this feeling, that a particular university is for you. It's not about the ranking, it's not about the people or who will be going there with you, it's the feeling. When I have to choose between MTU and OU, somehow the feeling leads me to OU. I prayed to God and said that my future is so blur that I do not even know where to go, and I even said that if the first offer letter dropped by my mailbox then I'll just go there. I waited, checked emails, no news while other friends already got accepted through emails. Then few days later, mum called me and informed me that I have been admitted and even got my I20. That was really Oh My God.

As one of my friend said, I am having the ultimate college life this semester. Well, I guess so. But having to run a club in short semester gonna keep myself busy. I hope ICSJ FILM CLUB will be quite a succesful one. Many people had signed up, but I do hope that as many people will attend the meetings. I do care about this club. I will come back and see how it progress but of course the upcoming committee will be very important for the club to rise or fall.

Movies anyone?

Anyway, I'm so into my old habits again. The one that like to stay home, not going out, have my eyes fixed on the black box. But I did finish my homework ok. As in partially finish, maybe 80% is enough. LoL.

Hooked up to Dollhouse and Leverage lately. Elvin you gotta gimme all the season 1 of Leverage!

The day after the longest weekend break

Just took a short nap. But still it didn't really matter. Tiredness is still there. At first I felt like sleeping till tomorrow but then decided to wake up and hope to finish up my homework. And maybe watch some movies or so.

This week is gonna be hectic. INTIMA week is where we have to work our ass up to get people to join our club. The other clubs will be thinking how on earth will ICSJ FILM CLUB survives without even collecting registration fees. But we have other things in mind. And just like Kahwei said, "because we are rich!". lol

Woke up early to get to college and start working on our board. I think the station is a good location. Just like how Melaka was located and became one of the best trading centre in early century. With just me and Boon, two guys cracking up our brains and think how to decorate the board, it is not easy at all.

"What are we college boys doing all this school boy work?", I said.

Drew lines for borders, cut some papers, did our best to have words to be put up on board. And without knowingly that we had spent RM14.70 which close to exceeding the budget given by INTIMA. Nevermind. But I am thankful for all the people who involved themselves in helping us. Special thanks to Stella, Chew, Yenloo, Kayee, and Tiw.

Tiw urged Fangkai to pretend to do work.

finished working and time to watch One Piece. You piece of Kahwei

We still have to finish it up by tomorrow and start to promote our club.

Friday the 4th

A day where I started off with badminton with friends @ 3K. It was a weird timing for doing sports around 1:45pm. Also, glad to got a message which informed me that ICSJ Film Club is officially approved. At least I got something to work on during this semester.

The badminton session was fun. I did not play badminton for years. But still find it fun especially you have people like YannHuoy around the court who laughed more than actually doing the sports. And KahXin the "sports woman" of the year. Pros like Boon and Khaivenn. Semi Pros like Chew, Kahwei, Ryan, and Thongyang. Not So Pro like Fangkai. And lastly, Not Pro but still got future like ME!!

Got back home and got ready for a screening @ P1 wimax building. Garrick won some "get your answer right" competition and got to bring me as the guest. We were lost as we did not know how to go there but somehow we ended there before time! Got our tickets, had our dinner, and got ourselves sat in the auditorium. Just after a short introduction, the screening began. With all the 15Malaysia short films being shown, I am rather grateful for being there. It was such an awesome experience. Lucky enough to have Garrick there because he knows a lot about local film directors and movies.

Some of the directors there were: Linus Chong (House), Ho Yuhang (Potong saga), and Benji&Bahir (Meter). Some of the casts were there as well. We had the privilege to see all the 15 short films. For your information, only 7 of them were released. So, we are lucky enough to watch the unreleased ones. I particular like this few films: Meter (released on 9Sep); Healthy Paranoia (released 14Sep); Halal; and Slovak Sling.

Please visit 15Malaysia and spend minutes just to watch these local short films. All are great, some are hilarious, some left you wonder what happens next and etc. I am astonished and in awe of how all these directors interpreted Malaysia in their own ways. These films are totally original and creative. You can never see all these in your life before for real.

All the 15 films are accepted and will be exhibited in Korea for a showcase. Please make sure you follow this site and have a click on the ones I mentioned above. It is hilarious. I almost laughed until my lungs came off from my throat. But unfortunately, did not get the chance to take a snap with local directors.

Overall I had a great experience. It's just that I will be taking filming as an interest. And, I shall together with some fellas build a strong platform for ICSJ Film Club so it will have a great future ahead. Do come and support us yeah!

The Last Chapter

Long long time ago, I would be 'quite' excited when it came to Merdeka Day. I would wake up in the early morning and turned on the tv just to watch the parade @ TV2. How cool isn't it?

Few years back, I grew up a bit. Chose to watch the count down showcase @ 8TV. I never like to put myself in the crowds and shout "whatever it is" when the clock ticks past 12am. It's just me. No sweating, no crowded place please. Exceptional case: 1) Go for a concert of Jay Chou 2) Go for a Chelsea football match in the stadium.

Few days ago, somehow the 'ooom' was not there. I didn't even bother to celebrate. Because I have to enjoy my very last day of holiday. Doing whatever I felt like doing. Celebrating Merdeka day is just not there. I love my country. But somehow the celebration of this year seems boring. But I have to agree with what our Prime Minister said, "1Malaysia."

Nothing much happens lately. Besides going for a production "Will You Marry Me" @City Harvest Church, which I think is one of the greatest musical performance ever, where the crowds stood and applauded for the casts after the show. Went to Murni and watched all 3 goals scored by Chelsea against Burnley that Saturday night. Also, tutor girlfriend. LoL. Luckily I still remember part of the Secondary syllabus. And mostly spent my time at home, stuffed all my time with TheSims3. I will post my Sims story one day. Because I'm so addicted to it for no reasons.

First day of college was rather boring. 4pm class is not the best deal ever in the INTI schedule. And having 1 class per semester per day which makes my time in college worse. Feel like I am really a part time student now. Thought of working but after the 2nd class of Differential Equation, I think I choose not to work. 2nd lesson itself already put us in a deadly situation. Around 100 questions to practise in the weekend, thank you very much Mr Sam. (mind you, it's just the very first subtopic of the first chapter)

And so, I am already in the last chapter of my college life. I am so grateful and blessed that everything went well. All the friends that were with me, they are all great. I am already in the process of getting my housing application done. 2 bedroom (per person per room) with 2 bathroom, along with living room with dishwasher machine, 27" of tv with DVD player and lots of DVD to be rented in the campus, it couldn't be any better right? Not forgetting to mention about Wendy's, Burger King and Starbucks. Oh my, really can't wait to go there to experience all these cool stuff!

The most anticipating activity would be any games of OU football. If there were a chance to travel with the supporters for an away game over UNL, I will be wearing the OU jersey proudly and called up some of the UNL buggers. For the record, OU has been winning for most of the time. :p Having a good football and basketball team to support is good for your health. It is such a healty competition. :)

I will not be having any classes from tomorrow onwards until 4pm next Tuesday. 5 days of break. ~I gotta feeling, that tonight's gonna be a good night.~
